I did a 10-minutes Sun Salutation ("Surya Namaskara") this morning --
Oh, boy! That left me sweating like I've been running for an hour on a treadmill.
It has been forever since I last religiously did yoga. My whole body felt stiff and inflexible. Truth be told -- I miss it. I really need to start getting back into it.
And, of course, make sure it is not a separuh jalan effort this time 'round.
Sun Salutation to me, is one of the easiest sequence of asanas that even beginners can do. The one I did this morning consists of 10-steps.

The key to yoga is by not pushing yourself. Do each one of the asanas at your own pace. Take time to fully immerse yourself in the poses. And it will all be alright :)
