I've been meaning to blog more. Really. But I just can't seem to be able to do it.
Each time I logged in to my account - I will find myself staring at the blank page for hours.
Every. Single. Fucking. Time.
It's already almost the mid of January. How time flies.
I spent the last few weeks trying to pick myself up. So many things have happened. Gosh, I don't even know where to start -- Anonymoushttp://www.blogger.com/profile/17030522337687156345noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8907802348843546845.post-1006821206854794462015-10-11T01:57:00.000+08:002015-10-11T01:58:04.156+08:00My First Run.
I ran my first run yesterday --
Not a huge distance, only 3.7kms -- but I did it anyway. One has gotta start somewhere, right?
10th October 2015 was declared as the National Sports Day. So many running events. Since I haven't been running for a while (and not in the fittest stage!), I opted for Orchid Fun Run & Ride organised by Petronita.
It was good --
The event started with warming Anonymoushttp://www.blogger.com/profile/17030522337687156345noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8907802348843546845.post-54816719584088593992015-08-19T01:18:00.000+08:002015-08-19T01:19:36.028+08:00Rest in Peace, Sue.
Facebook delivered a bad news to me today -
My former lecturer who, soon after graduation became a friend, Sue, passed away. I thought, at first, it was just some sick joke from her students but ...
I immediately contacted Bob, her brother who was also one one my classmate during my undergrad years.
"She passed away at 3.30pm today in PPUM."

T and I found ourselves discussing marriage during the last trip we took together --
I've been having this crazy idea of eloping to Vegas and get hitched a'la Britney Spears (minus the divorce, of course!) ...
"Let's get married ... in Vegas. Just the two of us."
"Yes, why not. Let's do it."
And that, my dearest, was how it all started.

I've always been bad with money. One of my biggest weakness - I have to say.
Three years ago, I made this real bad decision of taking up personal loans. Not much, but the payments still took a huge chunk of my salary every month.
But finally, three days ago I made full settlements to two of these loans.

I have been with this company for about 4-months now. All good so far.
I've warmed up to my colleagues -- having two of them as my closest friends. We got together once (sometimes more) a week for dinner + drinks and, of course, very long winded bitching session.

I fully started my new job early this month.
It was fun. I didn't think I'd enjoy it at first but I did. My boss, a French lady, is pretty cool. She's always ready to help -- like, literally whenever. Most of the staffs have been working for the company for at least 9 years, except of course, the younger ones.
We are a small team -- only 16 of us in the town office.

After almost 4-years, I finally left AirAsia X.
It has been an enriching journey -- filled with good as well as bad memories. I learned so much from my stint there. I've made many friends, some I will keep some I much prefer not to be associated with.
I will not talk about why I decided to leave abruptly. I prefer to be discreet about it.

She had her usual smile. She left in peace, I was told. She didn't suffer.
Alhamdulillah.

22.08.2014
A somber Friday. A black Friday for Malaysians, and perhaps, the world too.
I was hooked to the television; trying hard to stop my tears from falling. MH6129 flown by four gentlemen (lucky ones, I must say!) safely touched down in KLIA and finally, taxied to Kompleks Bunga Raya where the receiving ceremony was held.
Receiving Ceremony
It was heartbreaking. Really.
