I have been with this company for about 4-months now. All good so far.
I've warmed up to my colleagues -- having two of them as my closest friends. We got together once (sometimes more) a week for dinner + drinks and, of course, very long winded bitching session.
I did my first official "business trip" in January -- flew to HK to participate in our APC conference. It was fun to meet the rest of the team from Asia Pacific; as well as the managers from both of our HQs.
I've attended countless in-house training and spent hours in front of the PC -- completing our mandatory e-learning courses.
Oh. I've also did my first presentation at our recent Kick-Off Meeting.
We had the top people came in to our office so I was actually a little nervous before presenting. But they ended up liking it. Our Performance Manager from France HQ, B, gave me a pat on the back and said I've done a great job :)
Minus the occasional drama among the veterans; this place is fun. Not AirAsia "fun" but a different kind fun -- more family-ish, I guess.
I like the fact that my day is different every single day -- no more mundane tasks.
I manage the company's SME program; so I try to build relationships with my clients -- not daily, but occasionally. My Commercial Manager wants me to learn more things; especially on the Sales side. So she's going to take me out for Sales Visit in the next few months.
That aside --
I do have a lot of events to go to ;)
